You don’t have to perform here
Therapy that makes room for your full, complicated, brilliant self.
When you sit down with me, you don’t have to have the right words or a polished story. You get to show up exactly as you are overwhelmed, curious, shut down, hopeful, or unsure and we’ll start there. Together, we’ll notice what you’ve been carrying, how it’s shaped you, and what it could look like to move through the world with more ease and self-trust.

Therapy with Me
You’ve likely learned to hold a lot on your own. Maybe you’ve masked, fawned, shut down, or pushed yourself past your limits just to get through the day. In therapy with me, you won’t be pushed before you’re ready or squeezed into a box that doesn’t fit. We’ll move slowly and collaboratively, honoring your pace, your nervous system, and the parts of you that are still figuring out what it means to feel safe.
My role is to be alongside you curious, steady, and deeply respectful of your story.
Who I Work With
Neurodivergence: Autism & ADHD
You might be exhausted from masking, navigating sensory overwhelm, or wondering why everything feels harder than it seems for other people. You may also be questioning whether autism or ADHD could be part of your story and aren’t sure where to begin.
In our work, you get to explore neurodivergence at your own pace, to unmask safely, make sense of your experiences, and build a life that honors how your brain and body actually work. If you’re wondering, “Could this be me?” we can explore that together with curiosity and clarity.
Anxiety, Depression & Trauma
Maybe your mind rarely slows down. Maybe you carry a heaviness, feel on edge, or notice your body holding stress long after something has passed. Whether it’s chronic anxiety, depression, or experiences from the past that still echo in the present, we’ll gently understand how you learned to cope — and support your nervous system in finding steadiness and relief.
Relationships, Attachment & Family Patterns
You may find yourself repeating patterns in romantic or platonic relationships — over-giving, withdrawing, people-pleasing, or feeling misunderstood. Perhaps difficult parent or family dynamics still shape how you show up in connection. Together, we can explore your attachment patterns, tend to the younger parts of you, and build relationships that feel more secure and reciprocal.
Identity, Parenting & LGBTQ+ Exploration
You may be breaking generational patterns as a parent, exploring your gender or sexuality, or trying to understand who you are in a world that hasn’t always felt safe. Therapy can be a space where your identity is honored, your questions are welcomed, and your growth unfolds at a pace that feels grounded and supportive.
What therapy with me feels like
What you can expect in our work together
-
You’re met where you are not where you “should” be.
-
We move at a pace that feels safe to your body.
-
You’re never “too much” or “too sensitive” here.
-
Your neurodivergence, queerness, culture, and story are honored.
- We’re curious together about what feels off and what you long for.
Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you, it’s about understanding you. We’ll pay attention to the patterns that show up in your life, what your body is trying to tell you, and the younger parts of you that still need care. There is room here for grief, joy, numbness, anger, and everything in between.
A bit about me

You don’t have to do this alone
If something in you is tired of carrying it all, or you’re simply wondering whether now might be the right time for support, you get to move at your own pace.
You’re welcome to reach out, ask questions, and share as much or as little as feels comfortable. My hope is that you can sense whether this space feels right for you as you begin.
